Stars in the Community 2008

We launched our Stars in the Community Awards early this year to celebrate those unsung heroes in our community who deserve recognition for the work they do for charity. We were delighted with the response and held an awards ceremony in early May to announce the winners:

Volunteer of the Year – Angela Cloke for the Meningitis Trust
Young Volunteer of the Year – Laura Weaver for the National Eczema Society
Fundraiser of the Year – Ben Edwards for the AICR
Working with Children Volunteer of the Year – Rosie Cleave for the NSPCC
Charity Event of the Year – XP Support Group with Owl Patrol
Charity of the Year – Bully Free Zone

Thank you to all those who nominated and especially to our winners – well done!

We are delighted to announce that we will shortly be launching Stars in the Community 2009 – further details coming soon.

We raise money from the products Halo sells – a percentage of which goes into the Express Yourself fund which is then matched by Halo.
